Any Houston SCUBA divers want to talk about where to go, now that covid is less of an issue?

I know there are not any really beautiful diving spots in or around Houston, but plenty of Houstonians that have experience and knowledge about the topic.

My buddies and I are considering a trip to Florida early in June.

We'll probably fly over there, but we're not sure which places in Florida would give us the best experiences for a two or three day diving trip. We have open water diver certification and only a couple of previous diving adventures.
