Any Houston area teachers here giving up as well?

My wife is a teacher in Katy and can't take teaching any longer and feels like switching careers. So far this year almost 10 teachers have quit in her school. Not a single teacher seems happy with the administration or the district and the kids are getting worse and worse every year.
