Any good tattoo deals on Friday the 13th?

I’m new to the city and wondering if tattoo shops will have deals next Friday. In the past I’ve seen shops charge $13 dollars for a preselected flash piece plus $7 dollar tip, so wondering if there’s something similar out here.
