Any good rental cars or rental places for 20 year olds?

I am taking a trip to Houston and was looking to rent a car during the trip. I'm trying to keep costs low ideally so I'm not using turo due to there $50 a day rental fee.

If anybody has any rental cars suggestions or know any places to rent for like a weekend please let me know.
