Any good quiet parking lots and roads to practice driving, N or E of downtown?

Hi all. Can anyone recommend a good place around the north or eastern areas of downtown where I can practice getting used to things like turning radius and spatial awareness in a car without many dangers? I’m afraid to go out on buisier roads yet, because I’m not fully confident making maneuvers close to others.

Any parking lots or quiet roads and intersections that are fairly empty during certain hours/days?
