Any good psychiatrists/therapists who are affordable?

Probably a weird question, but I am currently in a situation where I am struggling really bad with my mental health to the point where I am considering a couple of bad things and would like to get myself checked out to get prescribed something to ease these thoughts and get better. A therapy session would be particularly nice as well and I don’t want to worry those around me over what I’ve been struggling with and also don’t want to unload my baggage onto them. Thanks!!
