Any good/memorable restaurants to eat at on the way from Houston to Dallas?

On the way to Dallas for the weekend from Houston, and the boyfriend and I want to eat before we get to Dallas. Anywhere good (or memorable) to eat at along the way? We aren’t picky eaters. Thank y’all in advance! 🤠
