Any good comedy or music venues around town?

So I am 19 and want to hang out with friends at comedy and/or music shows before next semester.

Most bars won’t let me in because I’m not 21, so what are some good alternative places to go and see good bands or comedians?

I know of the White Oak music hall and the 713 music hall. Any other good places?
