Any good cash car places around Richmond/katy area? Please read below

Im looking to buy a cash car soon between 3-3.5k dollars. Ik fb marketplace is one option but I get scared I'll get sold a lemon. Are there any reputable places that sell cheap cash cars for those prices? If not, do you guys have any tips when buying a car from fb marketplace? Oh and my first car would preferably be a civic, camry, accord, or any honda or Toyota.
