Any good apartment recommendations? (Studio or 1bed)

I'm currently trying to find my own apartment but I don't want to spend more than 1100/month. Either a studio or a 1 bed is what I'm looking for. Really trying to avoid places that have a lot of issues with car theft or like a huge roach problem (roaches seem inevitable atp tho lol). I might go up to 1200 if it's worth it I just really don't wanna sign a lease somewhere and regret it. Im trying to stay in the Metro area. If anyone knows any good suggestions I'll really appreciate it!
