Any dentist that take HMO that yall recommend?

I have a horrible toothache/cavity that is infected. I know all the “corporate/chain” dentist places scam you saying you need more services so they can bill your insurance excessive amounts. I don’t know anything about teeth and I’m scared of getting scammed. Last time I went to MINT dentistry I got scammed.I don’t know any good chain places I can trust that won’t take advantage of me. Can anyone help?
