Any current or Minute Maid Park Employees?

I always see job listings and job fairs during the offseason for working at the ballpark during the upcoming season. I’m wondering if anyone has any experience working there during games. Is it a seasonal gig or are there year round jobs? Is the pay decent, and do you get to experience any of the joys of being at the ballpark, or is it so work focused that you miss absolutely every moment no matter how huge? I can see just from the fan perspective that it can get pretty hectic at times.
