Any chefs lurk this sub?

I've been on the job hunt for awhile now, am currently employed part time at a fast casual Mediterranean restaurant, but am looking for something a little more specific.

I've been in and out of the industry beginning in 2016. I would say the stations I am most comfortable with are fry, and grill. I have some experience in saute, but not as strong. I attended a culinary program in Virginia at Culinard which is a culinary institute of Virginia College. However I didn't graduate due to a back breakup. The facility I went to lost their accreditation and subsequently shut down, so that makes it even harder to prove I attended.

I would love the opportunity to work in a kitchen ran by a great Chef. If you're familiar with Fallow on YouTube, that is the kind of environment I am seeking. I am a hard worker and take pride in my work ethic, and really thrive in a teamwork oriented environment. I'm willing to start at the bottom and work my way up.
