Any benefits, ideas, tax loopholes for land full of young pine trees?

Only asking here because the land is located outer houston. If there is a better sub to ask in please let me know.

Long story short my parents purchased some land and it is full of young pine trees (very tall and fairly skinny) like the ones shown in the picture.

I was just wondering is there any way they could benefit from the trees or repurpose them. They won’t be clearing the land probably for another 4-5 years or so if that makes any difference.
