Another energy thread

Anyone care to share a snapshot of their energy usage and average lifestyle (in terms of energy usage) Trying to gauge what electricity plan to go with but I haven't lived in a single-family home (1400sqft)by myself before and depending on average usage, will determine what plan best suits me.

Those free solar days and night plans actually a good deal? Or the $100 bill credits for minimum usage? (I know these are freakishly expensive if you don't use the minimum which i was worried about) Or just stick with a basic straightforward plan? Most I'm seeing that are CLOSE to being transparent and easy to understand in pricing on the EFL are around 11.5¢ – 12.8¢ per kWh.
