Anime/Hobby Stores That Sell Wallets?

Hello Houstonians.

I've been in Houston for about a month, so pardon my ignorance if I sound like an idiot when referring to places. I am basically looking to get a new wallet, but the wallet I bought was exclusive to Taiwan. It's a Pikachu wallet. I'm looking for something similar, some type of anime wallet that is good quality but I don't really want to buy it online. I avoid buying stuff online because I'd rather support brick and mortar stores. I went to Miniso and a bunch of hobby stores in the Chinatown area (D squared plaza) but I didn't find anything.

Anyone know of a place that sells kinda what I'm looking for? I don't care where in Houston it is, do not mind driving.
