Anime Birthday Weekend

Hey All, My daughter has really gotten into anime, and I have been tasked with planning a day of adventure with her for her birthday. She asked to have an experience vs getting actual gifts this year. Anyway, I am looking for any suggestions on stores, restaurant pop ups, and that kind of thing to go to. We are looking at either June 3rd or June 10th weekends for this adventure, and she will be turning 10 years old. We live in Missouri City, but are pretty open to going anywhere around town.
