An analysis of Penas fielding

I took a look at Jeremy Pena's fielding stats from fangraphs here to see if he is a good defender: RngR (Range runs above average)= -0.3 ErrR (Error runs above average)= -3.5 UZR (Ultimate Zone Rating in runs above average)= -4.1 OAA (Outs Above Average)= 7 I feel like Pena is really good at making difficult plays, but bad at making the normal routine plays. If we look under "value" at fangraphs, we see that he has a 3.0 fWAR, which would make him worth $24,100,000.
