AMC Gulf Pointe no A/C?

So apparently AMC Gulf Pointe doesn't have working air conditioning? All the reviews on Google have been saying this has been the case since like June. I tried calling the theater to confirm, but the lines are busy. Can anyone confirm that this is the case?
