Amazon leads Houston in executing industrial leases, Transwestern report says
Over the past 24 months, Seattle-based Amazon.com Inc. (Nasdaq: AMZN) has accounted for 12% of all new industrial leasing activity in the Houston area, according to Houston-based Transwestern’s latest Trendlines report.
