Amazing, custom birthday cake by this weekend for an 81 year old grandma?

Yeah I know I messed up waiting so long. I’ve been out of town and completely forgot. Money is no issue and it only has to be chocolate, no crazy flavor. Any recommendations for a short notice? Everywhere I’m calling needs a few weeks notice even with me offering extra cash.
