Am I being shafted by my utility company?

I used Power To Choose as it was highly recommended by a lot of people here and I went with (what I thought was the cheapest company) on a 12 month term, Frontier Utilities. I had to switch companies or renew with my previous contract in April as my contract was up. They didn't want to offer me good renewal rates so I decided to look elsewhere.

Looking at my previous utility bills for the year of 2024 while using Rhythm Energy, my rates were a bit lower but never went over ~$110/mo. I live in a 756 sqft apartment and only utilize about ~715 kWh a month.

According to the EFL sheet on my contract, that puts me at a rate of 18c per kWh and the only way to get the $125 usage credit is if I use >=1,000 kWh which I don't see happening.

As you can imagine, my bill is $175 this month which is ridiculous and I'm afraid my bill will only get higher as the summer starts settling in.

I've attached the EFL sheet and my current bill.
