Always That One Asshole At Hobby

The past (no joke) 5 times I've been to Hobby to pick someone up, traffic in the pick up line has been backed up almost to the entrance. Every time it's been one person parked in the middle of the lane, I guess waiting on whoever they're there to pick up. They're parked just around the curve of the lane so you can't see them from the actual pickup spot. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm reaching a point where I want to bring something to chuck at the next person I see pulling that bullshit.
