Alternative to school bus to transport kids from Heights to Oak Forest area schools?

Does anyone have any recommendations on a private service to take high school kids from Heights area residences to Oak Forest area schools? We have a major conflict with work schedules and cannot get to the bus stop (1.2 miles) anytime near the bus’s pick up/drop off times.

ETA: please don’t downvote this. I’m trying to find a solution to a convoluted and stressful problem.

Eta2: the walk to the bus stop is 23 minutes in summer heat and humidity. That’s a long time in the morning and afternoon for a kid, and quite a distance. Also, I know that when I go on a walk for exercise, I rinse off as soon as I can and toss my soaking wet clothes in the laundry. Getting your school clothes sweaty before you arrive makes for a bad day. I’d like to avoid that if possible.
