Alternative Parking at 1/2/3 Riverway & Woodway

so i work at 1 Riverway and parking is 65 dollars a month, i am to the point that i need to really cut some finances and wondering if there is another place to park nearby without being towed, i dont mind a little walk, some say there is parking over by that church but dont want to risk..
