Almost 4 years after "Post Houston" has opened, what is the verdict? Success or no?

I had municipal court jury duty and went by Post for lunch. I went when it first opened and just came back but I'm curious in the community if people feel like it has been a success.

What I saw (albeit a weekday at lunch):

1) Solid amount of people eating lunch, but not packed I'd say. I ate at Chopnblock and I love it albeit it is expensive.

2) I was maybe the only one on the rooftop garden, though it was hot outside

3) Store space is definitely more filled out then when I went when it first opened, but it seems like they are struggling to get groups in there. Seemed like a couple tech start ups, some art installations etc.

So, general thoughts on the project? Has this been a success? Waste of money?
