Allegiant Group

I recently took an engineering position in houston but I’m currently looking for another job since the company I’m with has a toxic work culture and ever sporadic schedule. I was wondering if anyone has heard of Allegiant Group company and if it’s a great company? I have an interview with them today… I was a little surprised how it was sold to me = amazing pay with several benefits. I looked up the company but I can’t find anything just what’s on Glassdoor.

Any advice?
