All Staff Retreat Ideas

I am coordinating an all staff retreat beginning of August, and need some ideas on where to go/what to do. It’s for 120 school faculty and staff, and this is just supposed to be a fun activity that can fit all of us, so noT necessarily team building etc. It can be in Houston or surrounding cities (probably up to an hour drive or so), and could be full or half day. Just curious what activities or places we can rent out for this amount of people, plus it’s hot in August so need at least an indoor option. Yes, I’ve searched google, but Reddit always pulls through with ideas. Thanks!
