Aldine Westfield Stables marks 30 years of horse boarding in Spring

In 1994, Les Chow converted his parents’ former 10-acre plot of land into a horse boarding facility. Though Chow was originally in the grocery industry, he said he saw potential in the land and combined his appreciation for nature and horses to create a business.
