Airport to Menil Collection Museum downtown – Uber or take a bus?

I'm headed to Houston for the first time at the end of this month. I'm flying into IAH and going straight to the Menil Collection on Sul Ross Street. Is there a direct/fairly straightforward bus route or other public transport to get there from the airport? Or for convenience sake, would you recommend taking a rideshare there? It'll be on a Saturday if that matters any. Not sure what weekend traffic, etc. looks like in Houston. Thanks!
