Aircraft formations over 290

My fiancé and I have noticed aircraft flying in formation at pretty low altitude for the past couple of nights. Happening over the Jersey Village/Tidwell & 290 area. It seems they come back around 2 or 3 times per night so far. Thinking maybe HPD or military? Anybody else notice this?
