Agas Chicken Handi Recipe?

I have been trying to replicate Agas’ chicken handi recipe for so long! I’m Indian and the handi reminds me of a chicken dish I used to have back in India. I think they use gravy base sauces but not sure which one. If anyone knows please respond.
