After years of planning, Frost Town Brewing aims to bring Texas history to downtown beer

Frost Town Brewing aims to open a brewery that tells the history of Texas beer downtown. 

It’s a mission that co-founder John Sorensen has been working on for 10 years. Initially, it was his father’s idea, but he’s taken on the plan himself for several years. The brewery has gone through name changes, location changes and more over the past decade, but now, it’s under construction at 100 N. Jackson.
