After the TX Supreme Court decision, does anyone have info on how to request mail-in ballots?

I had open heart surgery recently and I'd prefer not to risk death just to vote out these self-serving, murderous, thieving Republicans. But I goddamn will.

Edit: Mindblower for all the butthurt truck bros in the thread, I'm not a Democrat! I just understand who is currently the most evil and the most detrimental to society. I can see whom the biggest hypocrites are and how they stand for quite literally the opposite of what we were all taught this country is supposed to be.
