After midnight arrival at George Bush Intercontinental Airport

Our flight arrives after midnight at the George Bush Intercontinental Airport. There were no rentals available via online search. What's our best option? Anyone know if Uber/Lyft drivers are available that late? Hotel's 1.5 hours away from the airport. TIA!
