African chef need work

My husband has been out of work months. He’s been to culinary school with experience in Kigali, Rwanda, and his latest role of traveling for a pop up restaurant brand as Sous Chef. He’s applied online and dropped off resumes. He has about 7 years kitchen experience (in our early thirties) but it’s been fairly hard to land a role. Plz share tips or places there are hiring.
