Affordable steakhouse for date night?

Looking for a nice steakhouse to go to tomorrow (Friday) for a late lunch around 1 or 2. Looking to spend about $30-40 a plate but seems like all the recommended steakhouses start around $50-60. I guess mainly looking for something a little more upscale than Texas Roadhouse/Longhorn steakhouse but not as expensive as the Pappas and Kileans.
