Affordable psychotherapy in Houston/Sugar Land Area

Good morning y'all.

I'm currently in a bit of a tight situation mentally. I've been going through multiple phases of self-doubting and have been hit with social anxiety attacks for the past few months. I've kept it to myself and not let it overwhelm me for a long period of time but after my recent SAD incident, I realized I do need some form of mental help. I just don't want to battle depression again, going through that cycle of putting on my happy face for others when I'm not happy, and even dealing with suicidal thoughts. Plus, I want to improve my self-esteem, as well as be comfortable with being in a social environment, and be more outgoing without holding myself back.

I was wondering if there are any recommendations for affordable psychotherapy within the Houston/Sugar Land area? Unfortunately, I don't have insurance or any coverage, and I've never done this before on my own so any suggestions are really appreciated.
