Affordable Pet Clinic

Please help me. Im trying to find an affordable pet clinic for my cat. He has a ball on the front of his neck but we dont know what it is yet. I took him to Gulfgate Animal Hospital and was told that after the cat gets analysis I would be referred to a specialist which would cost thousands of dollars. Does anyone know an affordable veterinarian clinic that doesnt cost thousands of dollars for surgery plus the analysis?
