Affordable hair salons to get hair cuts for women?

I’m sure this get asked quite often on here but I’m looking for recommendations for affordable haircuts in houston . Anywhere in houston area or outskirts is fine for the most part since I commute everyday for work but around $20-30 is desirable . TIA!
