Affordable downtown parking?

Looking for recommendations for parking. I have to go in two or three work days a week.

The garage I was using (1001 McKinney) raised the daily rate this week from $7 to $20. Which is wild.

So, looking for a new place. I'm a reasonably fit, youngish guy so walking isn't a huge issue. But ideally still somewhere with easy tunnel access and/or relatively close to 910 Louisiana.
