Affordable doctor to get xrays and treat wrist fracture?

I think I fractured my scaphoid in my wrist by lifting myself up badly yesterday. I have a very high deductible plan and almost never see the doctor coupled with a bad situation at work due to the downturn is there any place that could diagnose and treat this in town affordably out of pocket? Would really appreciate any advice
