Affordable Car (2019 Buick Encore) Repair Mechanic/Shop Suggestions?

My 2019 Buick Encore needs a new turbocharger and a couple of hoses replaced. Does anyone know any reasonable and affordable mechanics in Houston that might be willing to work with me on the price? I got quoted $2600 from the dealership and felt like that was very high.
