Affordable Boxing/Kickboxing/MMA gyms?

Hello, currently looking for options towards a gym. Dont plan on becoming pro or anything like that, just would like to get a better technique, get fit both physically & mentally, feel like it would be very beneficial. Im in the SE side of town if that matters. My 2 options right now are UFC gym in Pearland & Main St Boxing. TIA!
