Advise needed for selling Texans PSL

My company has held the PSL for years and enjoyed being a season ticket holder very much! However, the office of the company is going to move out Houston in 2025, and is going to start to sell PSL, need some advice on how to sell, ways to sell, how to price, all ideas related to this topic.
