Advice:New townhome smells like urine

We preleased a townhome in October this complex is just off of memorial in the Nottingham area. We asked to see the unit we were leasing but the office wouldn’t let us. However we toured another unit loved it and signed the lease last week. We got the keys on Friday and the manager mentioned that the carpet had just been cleaned. When we walked in there was a loud cherry smell. I’m 7 months pregnant so I couldn’t even walk the unit the smell was so loud. My husband moved a few boxes in and we decided to wait 24 hours for the smell to go away. We went in today and the cherry smell is gone but has been replaced with a strong urine smell. Which is worse than the cherry smell and it fills the house. We contacted the office but they are closed today. However if they choose to do nothing I just want to know what my options are if we don’t move in? We don’t have to be out of our current place until Christmas.
