Advice with new apartment please

I moved into this apartment complex a lil over two weeks ago and honestly it’s been hell so far. It was supposed to come with a washer and dryer, they have yet to put one in. The dishwasher hasn’t worked since day one of moving in, and also a bunch of other stuff. I’ve honestly been in the office at least 10 times and Each time they just tell me okay we’ll take care of it today only for it to not be taking care of. Idk it’s very frustrating especially considering how much we pay. I’m just hoping for some advice on what to do
