Advice on possible foreclosure

My finances have basically cratered and I haven't been able to pay my mortgage in 2 months. Things aren't going to greatly improve any time soon, so what can I expect? I need someone to walk me through this so I can make plans. My mortgage is with PennyMac. I assume foreclosure is in my future, but how long does that take? What happens? How much time do I have to sell? Is there some point when I can't anymore?

I'd really appreciate any advice or referrals. I don't even know who to talk to
