Advice on picking up parents from Bush Airport Terminal E

My parents are coming in from emirates tomorrow and will land around 4PM. In the past I’ve told anyone coming through terminal E to take the tram to the marriot and making a pickup there. The issue right now is my parents have a lot of luggage and they won’t be able to take the tram because you can’t take a cart through there. Are there any other options to get them picked up quickly. Can I park somewhere possibly and go and help them with the luggage and get in and out through another part of the airport? Or is terminal E not too bad right now?
