Advice needed: selling my Houston home due to job in Austin

This is my situation:

Bought my house (MV: $500k, 2600 sq ft) in summer 2023 with my partner and we are both on the deed. House is super old (1950s) and needs a TON of care but we’ve slowly chipped away at it. Condition is livable with all updated appliances. It was our goal to turn this house into a more modern and updated home within the next 5 years.

Fast forward to now my job needs me to move to Austin by February and I do want to stay with the company and move so I got 3 months to hustle and sell my home. Where should I start with looking for a realtor to help us with this? Anyone have someone/company they recommend?

Side note: we know selling within 2 years of living here means capital gains taxes but I think we still qualify for a partial exemption that would cover our gains (if any) since the job is the reason for selling. Our main concern isn’t trying to turn this house selling into a cash cow
